Returns

All returns will receive a full refund and must be made within 14 days after the piece has been delivered to the customer. Customers will not receive the full refund until 24 hours after the piece is confirmed shipped (with tracking) back to Medieval Mermaid Arts with the provided address. Shipping costs for the returned item will be at the customers expense.
Deposits for custom commissioned work are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Under the cancellation policy customers may receive a full refund if for any reason a cancellation of your order is required. Cancellations must be done before the item is shipped, other wise it becomes considered a return and is subject to the terms of the return policy.

Commissions

I am currently taking commissions on a case by case basis. Please send all inquiries through the contact page, and also keep in mind that not all commission requests will be accepted.  

Repairs

All Items purchased from Medieval Mermaid Arts under come with a life-time free repair warranty when repairs are possible, with shipping being at the customers expense; however, Medieval Mermaid Arts will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer once it is repaired and ready to be returned to the customer. To start a repair request please send photos of the damaged piece and a brief explanation to [email protected] with the subject REPAIR and you can expect a reply within 48hrs.
